To process large volumes of operational data generated by onboard systems, the computer utilizes a hybrid storage structure pairing high-speed NVMe storage with multiple SATA SSDs. Frequently accessed hot data is routed directly through NVMe channels for low-latency AI inference and machine vision processing, while processed or archival cold data is transferred to high-capacity SATA SSD arrays. Integrated RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10 configurations provide redundant data protection and system availability for mission-critical rail operations.

AI Vision Processing and Electrical Specifications
When configured with NVIDIA RTX 2000 or RTX 3500 Ada MXM GPU modules, the rROK 5520 platform executes AI computer vision algorithms for rail safety tasks. Supported workloads include railway track condition monitoring, pantograph wear inspection, obstacle identification, wayside sign recognition, and network signal quality analysis.
